HRMS Assam Login : Teacher Transfer Management System
The HRMS Assam Portal (Human Resource Management System), primarily operating via the Teacher Transfer Management System (TTMS), is a digital platform launched by the Department of Education, Government of Assam. Developed under the Manav Sampada framework, this portal eliminates traditional, slow-moving paper trails by digitizing service records, managing profile updates, and streamlining the transfer and posting processes for elementary, secondary, and higher secondary government school teachers across the state.
Key Capabilities of the Portal
- Automated Transfers: Facilitates both Mutual Transfers and General/Single Transfers based on state regulations (such as strict Pupil-Teacher Ratios and required minimum continuous service periods).
- Service Profile Digitization: Stores and verifies professional credentials, employment histories, promoting statuses, and physical service records.
- Transparency: Allows government employees to track their transfer status, view appraisal data, and ensure their profile information matches centralized state records seamlessly.
