Assam PSC Forest Ranger Recruitment: Assam PSC application from Indian Citizens as defined in Articles 5 to I of the Constitution of India for the post of Forest Rangers in the Assam Forest Service under Environment & Forests Deptt. under the provision of Rule (2Xi) of “l- Rules for appointment to the Class of Rangers” given in para 4 of Chapter- I of Assam Forest manual Volume-ll and thereafter for undergoing in service Certificate Course of training in Forestry under the provision of the Govt. of lndia, Ministry of Environment & Forest- Entrance and Training Rules [Revised) ,ZOO4 for Forest Ranger Officers vide Govt. of India, Ministry of Environment & Forests F. No. 3- 77 /99- RT (ll) dated 2l-06-2004 as notified in Gazette of India on 22-07 -2004 vide Ministry of Environment & Forests (RT Division) notification No. GSR. 465 (E), dtd 27-07 -2004, in any Forestry Training College/ Institute, as specified by Govt. of India.
