- Technical/Skill Certification: Applicants must hold a professional Degree, Diploma, or possess documented field experience in their respective applied discipline (such as music, traditional dance, or arts).

- Added Preferences: Premium weightage will be explicitly awarded to candidates possessing state or national level awards in traditional arts or those with verified prior teaching/examining experience in the respective field
