Who is Eligible for Orunodoi 3.0?
The basic precondition for inclusion is that the individual must be enrolled as a beneficiary under the National Food Security Act (NFSA).
Priority inclusion will be given if the household contains any of the following:
- Widow or Unmarried Women (above 45 years of age).
- Transgender individuals.
- Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), irrespective of gender.
- Old/Infirm Women, including those residing in Government registered old age homes.
- Women from households where earning members are either disabled or aged (more than sixty years).
- Women from households where any member is suffering from critical illnesses (HIV, Thalassemia, Haemophilia, Cerebral Palsy, Leprosy, Autism spectrum disorder).

Who is Excluded from the Scheme?

How to Apply for Orunodoi 3.0 (Offline Process)
The application for Orunodoi 3.0 is typically done through an offline application form.
Step 1: Nominate the Woman Beneficiary
The family must nominate a woman from their home to be the primary beneficiary.
Step 2: Fill Out the Application Form
Obtain the application form and accurately fill in all the required details, including:
- Block/ULB Name, Gram Panchayat/Town Name, Village Name/Ward Number.
- Applicant details (Name, Gender, Age, Address, Mobile Number).
- Family details, including Priority Status (Widow, Divorced, Divyang, etc.).
- Bank Account Details (IFSC Code, Bank Name, Account Number).
